1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.2. These GTC govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract concluded between the Seller and another natural person (hereinafter: the “Buyer“).
2. USER ACCOUNT AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
2.1. The content of the website (texts, photographs, graphics, PDF instructions, and diagrams) is protected by copyright law. 2.2. The Buyer acknowledges that by purchasing the goods (especially digital content), they do not acquire the right to further distribute, sell, copy, or otherwise commercially exploit the content without the prior written consent of the Seller.
3. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
3.1. The Buyer places an order by clicking the button “Order binding to payment” (or equivalent, e.g., “Pay now”). 3.2. The Seller shall confirm receipt of the order by email to the Buyer’s address.
4. PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. The price is listed inclusive of VAT. 4.2. Payment methods:
- Wire transfer to the account: 2301969877 / 2010;
- Online credit/debit card via a payment gateway.
5. DELIVERY TERMS
5.1. Digital content (PDF instructions): Delivered electronically after the payment is credited to the Seller’s account. 5.2. Physical goods: Shipped via the chosen carrier. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of receipt of the goods from the carrier. The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (applies to physical goods). 6.2. Digital content: The Buyer cannot withdraw from a contract for the delivery of digital content if it was delivered with their prior express consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period (pursuant to Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code). 6.3. The costs associated with returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
7. CLAIMS (RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE)
7.1. The warranty period is 24 months. 7.2. The right from defective performance does not apply to wear and tear caused by normal use (e.g., pilling of yarn, fading of colors due to washing or sun exposure). 7.3. Please send claims/complaints to: info@my-creative-land.com.
8. REVIEWS
8.1. If reviews are published on the website, they originate only from Buyers who have actually purchased the goods. Verification is performed by checking the email address or order number associated with the review.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
